Inclusion & Compliance
ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ fosters an inclusive and welcoming environment for all at the university.
ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ seeks to become a nationally recognized liberal arts institution of choice, known for building leaders for tomorrow. To reach this goal and to continue to foster the development of the whole person, we understand the value of inclusion and compliance within our campus community.
As a growing university, we encourage members from all backgrounds, who bring with them a desire for excellence, integrity, care and curiosity, to join our campus family.
We encourage students, faculty and staff to reach beyond what has always been comfortable and stretch to learn about the many cultures and people that surround them.
We strive for a campus climate in which all members are able to freely express their identity.
Through meaningful interactions with those who have different perspectives, we as a community better understand ourselves and our potential. By valuing these differences and commonalities, we foster community and prepare for the multifaceted working world.
I would describe the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ community as diverse and very inclusive; everyone has the opportunity to be involved in anything that they want to since there are so many different clubs and organizations.
Multicultural Affairs

The Office of Multicultural Affairs aspires to create and support a community that welcomes people of all backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.
We strive to reflect these differences in all that we do. As a university community, we seek to ensure that everyone has equal access to the education and resource opportunities available at ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ.
Multicultural Affairs organizes and co-sponsors dynamic programs, ranging from speakers and films to cultural celebrations, each representing a small piece of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ. All are welcome to any and all events, clubs or programs.
